Shipping policy

Items are shipped from, and can be collected at, our Wickham NSW showroom.

Pick up:

If you wish to pick up from our showroom, select Click & Collect at check out. You will receive an email notification from us when your order is ready to collect.

Delivery:

We currently offer delivery around Newcastle NSW via our own in-house courier. We deliver within 20km of Wickham for a fee of $50.

Please ensure you are home at the nominated time, as you will need to sign for it. Your order will be returned to our warehouse and a second delivery fee of $50 will be added for redelivery should our delivery go unanswered. All delivery fees are strictly non-refundable.

Return Shipping Charges:

Should you need to return an item(s) all freight is the responsibility of the customer, excluding faulty, damaged or incorrect items received.

Urgent Dispatch:

If we can get it to you in time, we will. It’s best to call us first if you are on a very tight deadline.
