Lauren brings a wealth of experience in advertising, styling, importing, renovation and property presentation. Having grown a successful styling business from the ground up, she brings passion, creativity, and an eye for high-end detail to M+B Interiors. Raised in Bondi and now living in Newcastle, Lauren divides her time between the two cities with her partner Aaron and their young son.  

Lauren’s focus is on sourcing designer-quality pieces and curating stylish, practical homeware collections that elevate every space.  Her passion for creating stylish, functional spaces drives every home styling project and curated collection. Lauren leads both the creative vision and hands-on delivery of the M+B Interiors and Mitchell + Beasley brands.

Aaron brings strategy and structure to every element of the business. Overseeing logistics, scheduling and supplier relationships, Aaron ensures that the operational engine of M+B Interiors and Mitchell + Beasley runs like clockwork — delivering projects and homewares on time, every time. 

With over 20 years of experience in construction across the Newcastle and Hunter regions, Aaron has a deep understanding of how to transform houses into beautiful, functional homes. A lifelong local with a strong connection to the sailing community, he brings a grounded, hands-on approach to M+B Interiors, ensuring our services blend design with structural insight.
